What we collect
This Privacy Policy applies to the White Plate Guide mobile application and related services operated by BANDA GROUP (the “Service Provider”).
White Plate Guide does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use the Application. Registration is not required.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted to facilitate network connectivity. This data is not retained or used for tracking by the Service Provider.
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.
Sharing and access
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, no application-collected personal information is shared with third parties. Uninstalling the Application removes it from your device.
Nothing collected, nothing retained
The Application does not collect or store personal information through normal use. Therefore, BANDA GROUP has no application-collected personal data to retain.
Information voluntarily sent to BANDA GROUP outside the Application, such as by email, is separate from normal Application usage and may be kept only as necessary to handle the communication or comply with applicable legal obligations.
No stored app data to delete
Because White Plate Guide does not collect or retain personal information through normal use, there is no application-collected personal data held by BANDA GROUP that requires deletion.
You may uninstall White Plate Guide to remove the Application and locally stored application content from your device. If you voluntarily contacted BANDA GROUP and want information supplied through that communication deleted, email support@bandagroup.ink.
Children’s privacy
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher age where required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal information from children or market to them.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, exposure of application-collected personal data is minimized. No security system can be guaranteed completely secure. BANDA GROUP uses reasonable safeguards for systems and information it holds through direct communications.
Policy updates
BANDA GROUP may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be published with a revised effective date. Where required by applicable law, consent will be requested before applicable material changes take effect.
